In a safe, small & female only group, you will be made to feel welcome and not judged. Bring a cuppa of your favourite drink and get ready to try this new relaxation technique. Suffer from social anxiety? then don’t worry, because we’ll start the session with some special tapping to calm the nervous system. This could be your first step to being free from anxiety.
Everyone will be here with the same aim in mind, to reduce their stress and anxiety levels! I will do a gentle fun meditation with relaxing music, you’ll get to learn about EFT tapping(Emotional Freedom Technique) and we’ll do lots of tapping to help calm the nervous system. In trials EFT has been proved to reduce the stress hormone Cortisol by up to 41% in 1 session, leaving you feeling calmer.
Living like that all day is very stressful for the mind and body, I know I’ve been there.
