Anxiety isn’t a personality flaw, it’s often a nervous system that’s learned to stay stuck on high alert. That means we don’t need to “fix” who you are. We can gently work with how your system is responding, so those reactions can settle in your mind and body.
During our sessions, there is no pressure and no performance, just a calm, supportive space where you can talk things through at your own pace. These often involve focusing on specific experiences while you do gentle tapping on acupressure points to help regulate the body’s stress response.
