I offer 1-to-1 support for social anxiety, combining gentle conversation with EFT tapping to help your mind and body feel more at ease. To let go of what was said and to prepare the body for confidence next time.

Social anxiety isn’t a personality flaw, it’s often a nervous system that’s learned to stay stuck on high alert. That means we don’t need to “fix” who you are. We can gently work with how your system is responding, so those reactions can settle in your mind and body.

In our sessions, there’s no pressure and no performance, just a calm, supportive space where you can talk things through at your own pace. Sessions often involve focusing on specific experiences while you do gentle tapping on acupressure points to help regulate the body’s stress response.
