Here is a tapping for overwhelm video I did for another group, it might make it feel easier to just tap along even though the words might not be quite right for what you are feeling, so you could just focus on your body sensations and don’t over think the use of words when you feel like this.
Here are some YouTube links that have helped me before. Music at the right Hz level can trigger the mind to relax(like at a soundbath).
You can just have it on in the background, or for deeper you can do Binaural Beats music but you must wear headphone/earpods for that to work.
