Emotional Freedom Techniques.

This video is intended as a quick introduction to Emotional Freedom Technique (or EFT/tapping.) It’s taken from a group workshop I did last year, but I will be filming new better content very soon.

For deeper work and healing, stress & anxiety, trauma, fears, phobias, and confidence struggles, then please get in touch with me for a one-to-one session to get the most out of EFT. Book Here free discovery calls are also available through that link.

A one-to-one session would be more in-depth and personal to you. Looking at the things that are triggering you (even the unconscious ones) and how that feels in your body, we use the tapping on meridian points to release those feelings and emotions, allowing you to heal and live the life you deserve.

The science of EFT/tapping.

If you like a bit of science and want to understand more about EFT then you could watch this video to see Dr Peta Stapleton talk about the latest scientific research in Clinical EFT.

EFT has been researched in clinical trials and has over 250 publications indicating its effectiveness for a range of concerns. Learn more by watching this video.

Meditation has power.

Close your eyes and have a listen, How does it make your body feel?

If you haven’t ever done meditation before it might feel weird or hard to sit and do ‘nothing’, that is why I often suggest starting short. Just a few minutes to begin with can be a great start. This 10 minute meditation makes it more achievable to fit into your day, maybe even a few times if you can. Tap the points as you listen for a more powerful reset.

Usually meditation is done sitting upright on the floor or in a chair with eyes closed, but you could lay down. When possible, walking barefoot on grass while listening can be really good for relaxing the nervous system. Connecting to the earths energy is incredible for grounding and calming for the mind and body.

Dr Peta Stapleton plays a huge role in the scientific research for EFT. Her ability to explain things in a way we can easily understand is so helpful, especially if this is the first time you have heard about EFT/tapping.
