Just breathing slowly and tapping the points will begin to tell your brain and body to relax the nervous system.

This video is intended as a quick introduction to Emotional Freedom Technique (or EFT/tapping.) It’s taken from a group workshop I did last year, but I will be filming new better content very soon.

Looking at the things that are triggering you (even the unconscious ones) and how that feels in your body, we use the tapping on meridian points to release those feelings and emotions, allowing you to heal and live the life you deserve.

Close your eyes and have a listen, How does it make your body feel?

If you have never done meditation before this might feel weird or even emotional to stop and do nothing, that why I often suggest starting short, even a few minutes to begin with. This 10 minute meditation would be a great start and achievable to fit into your day, maybe even a few times

Usually meditation is done sitting upright on the floor or in a chair with eyes closed, but you could lay down. When possible, walking barefoot on grass while listening can be really good for relaxing the nervous system. Connecting to the earths energy is incredible for grounding and calming for the mind and body.
